Good Things Come in Small Packages

Yesterday Jazz had finals so she was home by 11:45...which is rare around here with her busy high school life. She was able to eat lunch with us and she was hankering a grilled cheese. I just finished baking 5 loves of bread, about 50 rolls and 2 pans of cinnamon rolls this weekend; one batch of rolls I made in mini loaf pans so they were super cute mini breads. So I thought it would be funny to create a mini grilled cheese with bacon. :)

She was surprised!

She was even sweet enough to share some of her sandwich with her baby bro...little sandwich, little boy, my always little girl. :)

Buddies

Gideon and Jocelyn are ultimate buddies this season with Jasmine gone a lot with sports. And let's not forget his Daddy too!

Enjoying December!

Yay! December has been fantastic...shopping is done...cards--not so much...baking--here and there...my beams--DONE! Almost.
Hubby finally bit the bullet and finished my beams for the upstairs living room. We decided we need to add one more across the entry way to the room that's why I say almost...almost will be done tonight! :)

The other side that's been done 5 years...man, waiting 5 years for a project to be finished; that's LOVE! I was thinking the same window thing I did back then now on the other side of the room but I'll ponder a little more.

Gideon has been hanging out with his sisters a little more alone. Jazz and him while mom slipped out during his nap to pick up Joce.

1 more week and the girls will be home and Uncle James is coming--YAY!
