Many are the plans in a person's heart,
but it is the Lord's purpose that prevails.

Fall Beginnings

The weather in Arizona is be-a-u-tiful! We've been enjoying after dinner walks for about a month now...Little Man loves to be outside and I always have enjoyable conversations with the girls. Once we arrive home the girls play a bit outside while their little brother looks on...a few snaps with each of the girls and little man.

He experienced riding the plasma car-woohoo!

Next up we planted some winter plants in our raised beds garden. We have veggies, herbs and flowers of course!

As I wrote before little man enjoys the outdoors so much! Here he is next to our only trellis...hope to have peas climbing before long. Did I say yet he also loves water? Yes, if it is evening and we water he gets all wet--shakes to get close to the water! He's even been soaked a few mornings when his sisters' take him out:) It is hard to believe that in just a week his sitting up has improved! This only reminds me that my little man is growing up too quickly!

And of course we have wildlife that cannot seem to understand the meaning of "no." Thus I decided to give them cRazY eyes since this is what they give me when I am telling them to get out of the beds-UGH!

Finally a craft I started and finished this week...yes Halloween is only 5 days away but atleast I am able to display the garland for a few days! Thanks to my sister Stephanie for this awesome project!

Days Go By...

Soooo fast!!!

I cannot believe little man is already 5 months old today--WOW! He is such a blessing to us; as our each of our children. Let's see he is now rolling all over...today I was paying some bills and I look over and he is off his blanket and rolling toward a jack-o-lantern pillow! I called him over to me and he wiggles little by little in my direction-so smart! He loves to blow bubbles, smiles constantly, has a belly laugh, chews/sucks on his thumb, sits up for about 45 seconds, loves to snuggle with his mama, daddy and big sisters!

Last week was fall break and we had a super fun time! We took a drive with my sister's children up to Papa's place...thank goodness for the Excursion it was me and 7 children...well CMC was more like my co-pilot being 16;) We had lunch at a quaint little sandwich shop and took a mini tour of the small town of Wickenburg. On our way home I rounded a bend only to spot a giant bull on the shoulder of the road! He was making sure all the cows and calves were crossing the road safely I guess...once it was clear we took off quick...we all had a great laugh as my truck is red and all we could think was this bull ramming the passenger side...well we would have had some BBQ if that had happened :)
The next day we met Papa at In-n-Out burger for lunch. I love 7 year olds thinking...BTC said "what they forgot the "a" and "d" in the In AND Out. After lunch we headed over to Cabella's for fun. We all had a great week!
That about sums up our last 4 weeks--yikes!

Oh and love this last photo of little man today...I've waited for the time when he is so exhausted he falls asleep wherever he is...it happened to be his bouncer.
