Many are the plans in a person's heart,
but it is the Lord's purpose that prevails.

I love rock-n-roll!

Last night Hubby took the girls along with my sister's hubby and girls to a Superchick, Manafest, Me in Motion and Bread of Stone concert! Let's just say they all love rock-n-roll! :) Everyone had a super fun time as you can see! A pic with Manafest!

Also this week had a fun time visiting my friend Rachel and her sweet little baby girl Elisabeth! Bummed I forgot to snap a photo...amazing how much they grow is such a short span of time--she is 2 1/2 months younger than little man and he is gigantic compared to her dainty little self:)
Little man is all smiles when it comes to his sisters. They walk in the room and his face lights up--love it!

Lastly, a little craft of the week--vinyl wallet :) Ended up better than I thought it would but eager to create other styles.
Mama, I tried ironing out the wrinkles with no luck--I know you could have you Super Sewer :) Gonna try a heavier weight vinyl for a Halloween design:)

Best Ever!

My husband is the best BBQ-er ever! I am happy to say I know longer need to spend a lot of cash on some good BBQ:) Last weekend was Mina and hubby's birthday! Hubby made some awesome ribs and smoked a pork loin--mmmm! We had some visitors for the birthday bash Auntie's family, Madison and Grandpa Luis.

This past weekend we looked through some old photos and were cracking up at some of the girls...Uncle James often drew "tattoos" on any of his nieces or nephews:) So hubby decided to test his artistic ability...you'd have to know the inside story behind the "tatts".

In other news...
At our house, often during the commercials of our favorite show of the night, the girls practice cheer jumps. Well last night was no different during the Dancing with the Stars break except Daddy joined in...he has got some good height but as the girls say he has elephant feet as he lands and not the best technique. Oh well, it was still entertaining and I always love seeing dads connect with their girls in funny ways :)

On another note little man is growing, growing, growing! Yesterday he had a doc visit and checked in at 13lbs and 14oz with a length of 24 1/2. He did super with his shots and they didn't bother him nearly as much as the first round. He didn't even flinch at the first shot but the second had a burn and it was all over--poor boy! We also had his "twin" friend over--they were born on the same day 12 hours apart...fun story. Here the two are enjoying a break after their doc visit...yes she too had her 4 month check up that very same day. :)
